5 - TREASURER
- Deposit Account - £5,775; Current Account - £17,692; Money has been moved from DA to CA. 
- Bar takings are creeping up £19k in Feb, £22k in Mar, £28k in April, £20k in May (to date). 
- Patio is complete and paid for, there was more square meter coverage than originally planned. A little work still to do on pavilion stairs. Positive VAT impact of £1,500. 
6 - BAR
- Air con in cellar playing up meaning long Q’s at bar and more beer wastage. 
- More sales could lead to more payback from brewery. 
- Umbrellas suggested but need to be looked after. 
- Notices regarding use of patio to be worded and printing sourced. 
7 - CRICKET
- First team unbeaten in league, 2nds have won 2. Junior leagues are starting. 21 girls have signed up making 2 teams. All-stars are advertised (40 so far) and 10 for Dynamos. The pro, Lohan, has batted and bowled really well so far. More good things to come.
8 - SQUASH
- Court bookings £1,533.75 
- Memberships £23.75 for April. 
- Club championship Finals on Saturday. 
- FA Cup Challenge Match v Primrose on Sat, starting at noon. Paul Craigs using kitchen. 
9 - MEMBERSHIP
- About £2,500 has come in from direct debits so far. Junior membership growing so hopefully there will be an increase of parents becoming social members.
10 - AOB
- Could new umpire’s room be used for storage (small space at back)? 
- Does booking form need to be changed to reflect guidelines re. playing on cricket pitch (especially on presentation nights), can we cordon off with a rope? 
- Tidying up – skip to go and another to come. Can the glass go in the skip?
